The Company announces that, on 6 August 2010, 100,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 858.0 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 101,967,356 Ordinary shares (and 819,876 B Ordinary shares).
