The Company announces that, on 3 February 2010, 200,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 768.0 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 95,406,624 Ordinary shares (and 1,087,392 B Ordinary shares).
