The Company announces that, on 23 March 2010, 375,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 864.00 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 97,941,624 Ordinary shares (and 1,095,736 B Ordinary shares).
