Issue of Equity

The following amendment(s) has (have) been made to the Issue of Equity announcement released on 23 August 2011 at 16.35 under RNS No 9027M.

The price which appeared in the first paragraph has been corrected.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announces that, on 23 August 2011, 50,802 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 864.7618 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 107,596,628 and the number of B Ordinary shares in issue is 859,306 with each Ordinary and B Ordinary share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 108,455,934 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
