Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 31 March 2016 the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue was 126,920,789 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue was 922,172 with each share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Murray International is 127,842,961.

There are 681,163 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (127,842,961) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
