Total Voting Rights



In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, at the date of this notice the total number of Ordinary
shares of 25p of the Company in issue is 86,612,772 and the total number of B
Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 1,083,578 with each share holding one voting
right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Murray International is
87,696,350.



The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
