Directorate Change

Millfield Group plc, ("Millfield" or "the Company") announces today that Derek
Noone and Jeremy Bradburne, Non-Executive Directors on the Company's plc Board,
will be standing down from the Board, with immediate effect.

Derek and Jeremy will now be focussing all of their efforts in delivering the
business plan for Lifetime Group ("Lifetime"), in which Millfield retains a
41.3% shareholding.

The Millfield Board now comprises of four Executive Directors and two
Non-Executive Directors.

Paul Tebbutt, Chief Executive of Millfield Group, said:

Jeremy for their contribution to the development of the Company and I look
forward to their continuing efforts at Lifetime delivering strong returns for
all Millfield's stakeholders."
