As announced on 17 October 2005 and 1 December 2005, following the restructuring
of the Company and the sale or closure of non-core and foreign businesses, Bryan
Beeston resigned from the Company's Board on 31 December 2005.  He will continue
his association with Millfield by launching a new venture within the group.
