Board Changes
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leader in the UK consumer legal services market, announces the resignation of Group CEO, Russell Atkinson. His resignation as a director is effective immediately and he will leave the Company's employment at the end of September 2020.
The Board has commenced a search process to find a suitable replacement and will make further announcements in due course. Caroline Brown, Chair of the Board, will carry out this role in the interim. The two divisions of the Group, headed up by their own autonomous management structures, will continue to operate unaffected.
The Company released a trading statement on 23 July 2020 since which it has continued to trade in line with Board expectations. The Board looks forward to announcing results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 on 22 September 2020.

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Russell for his considerable contribution to the Group over the past eight years including the IPO, three acquisitions, the transformation of the personal injury business into a law firm and navigating the Covid-19 lockdown this year. W e wish him well for the future."
