Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 9 February 2006 that, following a increase
in its total holding of shares, AXA S.A. is interested in 3,496,407 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each representing 14.82 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital ('Ordinary Shares'). This interest comprises a beneficial interest
of 42,650 shares and a non-beneficial interest of 3,453,757 shares.
