The Company received notification on 21 November 2006 that AXA S.A. is
interested in 3,768,948 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares')
representing 14.52 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This
interest comprises a beneficial interest of 42,650 Ordinary Shares and a non-
beneficial interest of 3,726,298 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16 per cent and
14.36 per cent respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
