Evolutec Group plc (AIM: EVC), the biopharmaceutical company developing novel
products for the treatment of allergic, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases,
will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2006 on
Tuesday 12 September 2006.

A briefing for analysts will be held at 11.00am on the day of the results
announcement at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton
Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.  In addition, the Interim Results analysts' briefing
will be made available as a live audio webcast accessible via Evolutec's website
at http://www.evolutec.co.uk.
