Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 207,352,167 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 12,222 Ordinary Shares in treasury; therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 207,339,945.
The above figure of 207,339,945 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Nanoco Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
