Change of Name
Further to the announcement by Remote Monitored Systems plc on 17 August 2021, the Company is pleased to announce that the name change to nanosynth group plc is now in effect.
As previously announced, the Company's TIDM has changed to 'NNN' and the Company's new website, www.nanosynthgroup.com, is now live. The Company's ISIN number, GB00BFX0ZN92, remains unchanged.
The change of name will not affect the rights of shareholders and all existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid; no new share certificates will be issued.
