Board Change
National Grid plc (the 'Company') today announces that following his appointment to the role of non-executive Chairman of Balfour Beatty plc, Philip Aiken will step down as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 25 February 2015.
Sir Peter Gershon, Chairman of National Grid plc, said:
