Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Echo Energy, the South and Central American focused upstream gas company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore Capital") to act as Joint Corporate Broker to the Company with immediate effect. Shore Capital will work alongside Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited and Hannam & Partners as the Company's nominated adviser and joint broker respectively.
