                                      DIRECTOR  SHAREHOLDING

The  Company  was  notified on 29 September 2008 that Timothy Bidewell James, a  Director  of  the
Company, purchased 6941 ordinary shares in the Company through his Pension Fund at 91.95 pence per
share on 29th September 2008.

Following  this purchase, Timothy Bidewell James is interested in 127,941 ordinary shares  in  the
Company,  representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the issued ordinary  share  capital  of  the
Company.
