2007 Final Dividend
Further to the announcement on 23 April 2008, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group
plc ('the Company') confirms that the payment date for the 2007 Final Dividend
will be brought forward from 6 June 2008 to 23 May 2008. Shareholders registered
on the Company's register of members on 7 March 2008 ('the record date') will
receive payment in Pounds Sterling unless they have validly elected to receive
payment in Euro or U.S. Dollars. For the 2007 Final Dividend, the exchange rate
used to convert dividend payments from Pounds Sterling to Euro or U.S. Dollars
will be that quoted by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in London at or about 11:
00am on 2 May 2008.
The Company further announces that its Dividend Reinvestment Plan will not be
operated for the 2007 Final Dividend.
