Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (the “Issuer”) €3,000,000,000 5.25 per cent. Notes due 15 May 2013 (the “Notes”) issued under the £45,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme of the Issuer and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (the “Programme”).

 

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 18 June 2007 as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 24 July 2007, 7 August 2007, 24 September 2007, 17 October 2007, 17 December 2007, 6 March 2008, 20 March 2008, 1 May 2008 and 8 May 2008 (together, the 'Prospectus') relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC).
