NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company")

Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company hereby announces that it was today notified that the Directors of the Company have today acquired, conditional on Admission, New Global Shares in the Company through the Issue at a price of 100 pence per New Global Share. The number of New Global Shares acquired by each Director along with the existing holding and the total voting rights following these transactions is set out in the table below:
