NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company" or "NBDDIF") today announces the resignation of Patrick Flynn as a Director of the Board, effective immediately.

This follows the announcement in March 2015 that Mr Flynn will step down as Co-Portfolio Manager of NBDDIF at the end of 2015 to return to Neuberger Berman's High Yield business.

The Board is currently identifying potential candidates to serve as a Director of the Company and a further announcement will be made as appropriate.
