The Company today announces the appointment of Christopher Legge, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect. He will also take over the role of the chairman of the Audit Committee in due course.

Christopher Legge has over thirty years of relevant financial experience and currently holds a number of non-executive directorships in the financial services sector including several Guernsey investment companies which are listed in the UK.

John Hallam, Chairman of the Company, commented:
