The Board of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that application has been made for 4,101,016 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Official List of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.  It is expected that the ordinary shares will be admitted on 15 December 2011.  This issue of equity is a result of the exercise of conversion rights relating to 4,101,016 subscription shares.

Following admission the Company will have 444,270,312 ordinary shares in issue.
