The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 1^st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1EW on 6 June 2017 at 12:30 BST.
