Further to the replacement announcement dated 22 July 2015, released at approximately 18:00, the issued share capital of the Company is comprised of the following:

61,146,214   Ordinary Shares

319,888,967 Extended Life Shares

110,785,785 New Global Shares (of which 1,010,000 are held in treasury and are not eligible to vote)

All Shares have 1 vote per share.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 490,810,966 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
