Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 24 July 2014 to make market purchases of its own Extended Life ordinary share capital ("Extended Life Shares"), it repurchased for cancellation on 10 February 2015 115,000 Extended Life Shares at a price of $1.125 per Extended Life Share, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's current issued Extended Life Shares.

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 331,375,856 Extended Life Shares.
