NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company")
Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 24 July 2014 to make market purchases of its own Extended Life ordinary share capital ("Extended Life Shares"), it repurchased for cancellation on 23 January 2015, 50,000 Extended Life Shares at a price of $1.095 per Extended Life Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's current issued Extended Life Shares.
Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 331,867,856 Extended Life Shares.
