NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

June conversion facility

Pursuant to the monthly conversion facility being offered by the Company, Shareholders wishing to convert Shares must give the Company notice by no later than 5pm (BST) on Wednesday 18 May 2011.  The Currency Conversion Calculation Date will be 1 June 2011.

Shareholders wishing to convert their Shares should give the Company notice either through the relevant instruction mechanism (for Shareholders holding Shares in uncertificated form) or through submission of a conversion notice and the return of the relevant share certificate to the Company's registrars, Capita Registrars (for Shareholders holding Shares in certificated form). Please contact Capita Registrars for a copy of the conversion notice or for further details: Capita Registrars (Guernsey) Limited, Longue Hougue House, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4JN.  The conversion request form (for certificated shareholders) will be available on the Company's website

The Company does not intend to announce the monthly conversion facility going forward.  Shareholders who wish to participate in future conversion facilities should give the Company 10 Business Days' notice in advance of the first Business Day of each calendar month either through the relevant instruction mechanism (for Shareholders holding Shares in uncertificated form) or through submission of a conversion notice and the return of the relevant share certificate to the Company's registrars, Capita Registrars (for Shareholders holding Shares in certificated form).

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the prospectus of the Company dated 18 March 2011 (the "Prospectus").  Further information on the conversion facility can also be found in the Prospectus.
