DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited announces that Mrs Sandra Platts, a Non-Executive Director has informed the Company that she was appointed as a non-executive Director of UK Commercial Property Trust a Guernsey registered closed ended investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange on 12 December 2013.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mrs Sandra Platts.
