Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce a dividend of £0.00340 per Sterling ordinary share for the period 1 October 2020 to 30 October 2020. Dividends in relation to the ordinary shares will be payable on 27 November 2020 to ordinary shareholders (the "Qualifying Ordinary Shareholders") on the register as at close of business on 13 November 2020.

 

The Company intends to pay dividends to shareholders equal to cash income it receives less its running costs paid in the year, subject to the solvency test prescribed by Guernsey law. This dividend represents the first monthly interim dividend to be declared by the Company following the move from quarterly dividends. As explained in the circular to shareholders published on 17 August 2020, the Company's dividend re-investment plan is no longer in operation.
