The Company announces that, on 7 June 2011, 250,000 new Sterling shares were issued for cash at a price of 103 pence per share under its block listing facility.

 

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Sterling shares in issue is 226,180,544 and the total number of US Dollar shares in issue is 137,312,118.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 499,200,988 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
