The Company announces that application has been made for 71,245,137 Sterling shares and 2,277,325 US Dollar Shares ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 22 February 2013.  The application has been made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash declared on 9 January 2013.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Sterling shares in issue will be 410,468,375 and the total number of US Dollar shares in issue will be 63,360,540.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 720,109,940 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
