The Company announces that application has been made for 217,354 Sterling shares and 67,590 US Dollar Shares ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 21 February 2014.  The application has been made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash declared on 6 January 2014.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Sterling shares in issue will be 1,246,110,464 and the total number of US Dollar shares in issue will be 50,945,686.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 2,044,722,428 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
