Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company announces that it has today mailed to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR on 14 June 2021 at 10:00 BST.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained from the Company's registered office and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

COVID-19

The Directors wish to reassure shareholders that the Company has considered the potential for impact on the AGM of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictive measures currently in place. Currently, restrictive measures are in place in Guernsey relating to travel to the island from the United Kingdom and elsewhere. It is possible that the restrictions around travel to the island may remain in force on the scheduled date of the AGM. If restrictions on the island are tightened ahead of the AGM, it could not be practicable to physically convene the AGM at the intended time and venue. Accordingly, investors are encouraged to submit their votes by proxy rather than attending the AGM in person.
