NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited Portfolio Update

The board of directors of NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, as at 22 November 2013, its investment manager, Neuberger Berman Europe Limited  had invested over 75% of the net proceeds of the C Share capital raised in October 2013. The C Share capital has been invested in 120 companies across 30 industries. The currency breakdown of these investments is approximately 92% US Dollars, 4% Euros and 4% UK Sterling.

Background Information

The Company is a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey. It was launched in April 2011 and together with three subsequent issues of C shares (£425 m was raised in October 2013) now has net assets of £1.3 billion.

The Company is managed by Neuberger Berman Europe Limited, which has delegated certain of its responsibilities and functions to the sub-investment manager, Neuberger Berman Fixed Income LLC, both of which are indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of NB Group.

The Company's investment objective is to provide its shareholders with regular dividends, at levels that are sustainable, whilst preserving the capital value of its investment portfolio utilising the investment skills of the Investment Managers. To pursue its investment objective, the Company will invest mainly in floating rate senior secured loans issued in U.S. Dollars, Sterling, and Euros by primarily North American and European Union corporations, partnerships and other business issuers.
