Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 1^st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1EW on 13^th June 2018 at 10:00 BST.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office at the above address and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
