NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Admission of Shares

Further to the announcement relating to the Conversion between share classes released on 4 April, the Company today announces that 16,847 U.S. Dollar Shares have been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). 

Accordingly, with effect from today the Company's issued share capital is:

359,186,000 Sterling Shares

142,118,571 U.S. Dollar Shares

U.S. Dollar Shares have 1 vote per share, and Sterling Shares have 1.6 votes per share.  The total number of voting rights in the Company is 716,816,171.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
