AGM Statement
NCC Group plc, the provider of Escrow Solutions, Testing Solutions and
Consultancy, is holding its Annual General Meeting this morning.
At the meeting the Chairman, Paul Mitchell, will state:
'Group trading during the first few months of the current year has continued to
be satisfactory. The Escrow and Testing divisions have seen good growth, whilst
the Consultancy division has had a slow summer period as some contracts have
been delayed. As a result, the Board currently expects the split of Group
profits for the year to 31 May 2006 to be slightly more weighted to the second
half compared to last year.'
