Change of Auditors

Pursuant to section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a letter has today been posted to shareholders of the Company for information only in relation to the statutory statement received from KPMG LLP in connection with its resignation as the Company's auditor. The resignation follows the Company's competitive process for the selection of an audit firm and the decision to appoint Ernst & Young LLP as auditor. Ernst & Young LLP will be eligible for re-appointment as auditor to the Company at the next Annual General Meeting.

The letter will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism

A copy of the resignation letter received from KPMG LLP has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
