Director and PDMR Share Option Awards

The following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of NCC Group have, on 11July 2011, been granted conditional awards of ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") pursuant to the Company's 2004 Employee Share Ownership Trust Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")for nil consideration as follows:
