NCC Group plc ("NCC") has been notified that, on 13 May 2021, the following subscriptions of ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were made as part of their participation in NCC's placing announced on 13 May 2021 ("Placing"):

NCC has also been notified that, following completion of the Placing on 13 May 2021, Tim Kowalski, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,350 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 284.02p per Ordinary Share. Mr Kowalski's resultant beneficial holding as at the date of this announcement is 48,964 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of NCC's enlarged issued share capital as at Admission.
