Exercise of Share Awards and Director Dealing

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), a people-powered, tech-enabled global cyber security and software escrow business, announces that on 7 October 2024, Guy Ellis, Chief Financial Officer exercised awards over 14,450 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") made under the Company's Restricted Share Plan (RSP), a share scheme in which he participated before his promotion to CFO (the "Exercise").  Guy also subsequently sold 10,248 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.66 per share.  Guy continues to hold options over 900,000 ordinary shares under existing share schemes of the Company.
