Notice of Interim Results - Change of date



NCC Group, a leading Manchester-based independent provider of information
technology assurance services which listed on AIM in July 2004, will now be
publishing its maiden set of Interim Results for the six months to 30 November
2004 on Tuesday, 25 January 2005 not Wednesday, 26 January as previously stated.



A presentation for analysts will be held at 9.30am on Tuesday, 25 January 2005
at the offices of College Hill, 78 Cannon Street, EC4N 6HH.
