Rule 2.10 Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Takeover Code, NCC Group plc ("NCC Group") confirms that following the purchase today of 210,000 NCC Group ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury at a price of 197 pence, it has in issue 208,687,108 Ordinary Shares (excluding treasury shares).  The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the ordinary shares is GB00B01QGK86.
