Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM
On 2 November 2006, Volvere plc ('Volvere') announced that the offer for the
entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of the Company has been
declared wholly unconditional.
As at 1.00 p.m. on 2 November 2006, Volvere either owned or had received valid
acceptances in relation to 77.72 per cent. of NMT's issued ordinary share
capital.
Therefore, as stated in the offer announced on 14 September 2006, NMT has now
applied to London Stock Exchange plc for the cancellation of admission of its
Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.
It is anticipated that such cancellation will take effect from 7am on Friday 1
December 2006.
