Board Change and Restructuring Update
Further to the Board changes and restructuring update announced on January 16th
2004, Gerard Cassels, Group Finance Director, has resigned from the Company
today.
Commenting on the announcement, Tony Fletcher, Chairman of NMT, said :- 'I would
like to thank Gerard for his great contribution to the business over the last 3
years. I wish him well in the future and would like to express my gratitude for
the work which he has done to ensure that the Company has firm foundations for
the future.
Termination of NMT's obligations under the outstanding property lease on the
former Livingston manufacturing facility, has been contractually agreed today.
It is planned to relocate the Company's offices in the local area within the
next month.
