NMT announces that it was notified on 9th February 2006 that Forvaltnings AB
Bronsstadet ('FAB') purchased 1,000,000 shares in the company. FAB is a company
wholly-owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar. Following this transaction, the total
beneficial holding of Mr Gyllenhammar  is 1,275,000 ordinary shares in NMT,
representing approximately 14.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

NMT announces that it was notified on 10th February 2006 that Active Capital
Trust, a client of Bluehone Investors LLP, sold its entire holding of 1,028,759
ordinary shares on 8th February 2006.
