(the "Notes")

Nestlé Holdings, Inc. (the "Issuer") today gave notice to holders of the outstanding Notes of its intention to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the admission of the Notes to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Delisting"). The Issuer has requested the FCA to cancel the listing and admission to trading of all outstanding Notes on 31 May 2024 (the "Effective Date") pursuant to LR 5.2.8 of the FCA Listing Rules.

The Delisting will be effective on the Effective Date. The Notes will continue to be admitted to trading on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange following the Delisting.
