NETCALL PLC
("Netcall", the "Company" or the "Group")
AGM Statement
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, will be holding its Annual General Meeting in London at 10.30am today. At the meeting Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement:
"We have had a positive start to the year. Sales orders are considerably ahead of this time last year, driven principally by up and cross sell of our extended product suite to our existing customer base of over 700 public and private sector organisations.
"Following the launch last year of our enhanced Liberty customer engagement platform, which is available both via the cloud and on-premise, we are seeing good growth in orders for our Liberty Contact Centre and Business Process Management solutions.
"New customer wins in the first few months of the year include National Car Parks and Origin Housing.
"Whilst we clearly need to be mindful of prevailing economic conditions, our levels of recurring revenue combined with good sales momentum, increased scale and enhanced product suite give the Board confidence in achieving a successful outcome for the year ahead."
