AGM Statement
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, will be holding its Annual General Meeting in London at 10.30am today. At the meeting Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement:
"We have had a positive start to the year with the total value of sales orders considerably ahead of this time last year.
"A growing proportion of new orders are based on the more attractive recurring SaaS revenue model, adding to the visibility of revenue in future years. In addition we continue to see an encouraging level of demand in cross and upselling of the Liberty platform to our existing customer base of over 700 public and private sector organisations.
"We have, as previously disclosed, accelerated our investment in the cloud capabilities of the Liberty platform to take full advantage of this market segment which is forecast to grow at double digit rates in the coming years.
"Our significant levels of recurring revenue combined with a strong order inflow and a continuously expanding product suite give the Board confidence in achieving a successful outcome for the full year."
